And afterwards it worked MUCH better. Another great thing is it comes with a nice pouch with a belt loop. They say it reduces the amount of energy required by 50% and I would agree with that. Works great, just had to adjust the length a little bit which took all of 30 seconds. I like that it comes with 2 extra hard rubber pieces. I installed this on my Barnett Whitetail Crossbow. Some of the reviews i had read had me wondering.
