"Smaller."The open sights an scope mount kinda a pain. I have to say, I have been a compound bow hunter for a long time. It was a little tricky figuring out how to put it together. Honestly no complaints with this crossbow, and at this price its a steal. No problem shooting 45 yrds free hand.
