Umarex First Impressions
"It is much more."This is an incredible air gun, not just for the money, but in general. This P17 is made in China for those that wanted to know. Accordingly its harder to speed change your clip unless you practice a lot. I bought this one for my 11 year old nephew. Both of these pistols seem to hit about the same. I bought this about a month ago and have just had the opportunity to do some firing. This fits perfectly in my pellet pistol and the value is perfect.

Umarex Final Thoughts
"Operates smoothly."That makes it something of a challenge to cock. Popping a cork on a bottle is louder. I grew up using competition beeman pistols and rifles. No problems so far after emptying two clips. As for the ease of cocking the gun, I am 73 and had no problem. If it doesn't, you have a valid complaint. I've used several of these since I got them and they work as expected.
